Stepping up to offer needed training in the healthcare industry
“Years of consulting with manufacturers on lean process improvement— how to preserve value while conserving resources—led us into consulting for healthcare organizations, too. Some of our hospital customers asked, ‘Do you offer formal training in lean process?’” In that question, Kelley Hundt, a seasoned project manager at Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2), heard the knock of opportunity.
