What Is Covered
This short course addresses the nature of enterprise transformation in terms of the challenges that drive needs to transform, a theory describing how enterprises react to these forces, and alternative approaches to transformation. A comprehensive theory-based transformation methodology is presented, including consideration of alternative methods and tools. Transformation vignettes and case studies are presented throughout the course. Participants are guided through several transformation exercises.
