Course Description
FinListics® is a methodology for measuring the impact of changes in supply chain management on overall financial performance. Develop a senior management's view of the financial benefits of supply chain management, highlighting supply chain management's potential for improving returns
to investors and enhancing your ability to sell the real value
of your solutions.
FinListics® focuses on:

Each participant receives a licensed copy of the student version of FinListics® Value Manager, an easy-to-use Microsoft Excel-based program developed by Stephen G. Timme, Ph.D., and Christine Timme of FinListics® Solutions Inc. The model helps measure your client's or company's financial-supply chain management performance. Immediately use the FinListics® Value Manager to perform financial analysis of your supply chain business cases without prior background in finance.

Program Director
Stephen G. Timme, Ph.D., president of FinListics® Solutions, and adjunct professor of finance at the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute, was previously a finance professor at the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he won the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award twice. During the last decade, Dr. Timme has conducted customized workshops on finance and supply chain management for more than 20,000 executives throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific.
